Ambercell Solutions aims to increase employee engagement, motivate and create their well-being, to form an open and supportive organizational and team-wide culture.
The annual event traditionally aims to draw attention to the employees who are most in line with the company’s values, promote them the most and are a kind of ambassadors of AmberCell values.
The members of the Ambercell community voted and elected the employees who, with their behavior, attitude and paddle, most of all make the most sense of the concept of basic values, they were also thanked by the head of the company Evaldas Gražiys:
Empathy’23 – Viktorija Boikovaitė. Always full of positivity, strives for unity and goodness in the team, strives to make it better, simpler, easier for everyone to work together and live in a team. Understands the situation of another person, evaluates the work done by colleagues.
Awareness’23 – Eglė Venslovaitė-Giedrė. He takes up activities proactively, blends into teamwork and inspires others to achieve common goals by his example and work. Responsibly engages in the activities for which he is responsible and consciously acts to achieve the goals set.
Perseverance’23 – Laura Selenytė-Bande. Believes in what he does, pursues goals persistently, with zeal. Remains motivated and committed even when faced with obstacles or difficulties. Does the work until he reaches the goal, to the end, works efficiently, actions lead to the result.
Honesty’23 – Lina Rusteikienė. Accountability. Works as well as possible within the limits of his competencies, strives for the set goals and results, performs work with high quality. Open with his team, partners, conscientiously adheres to obligations and takes a responsible approach to the tasks entrusted to him. Communicates directly and openly, monitors his activities, measures and evaluates what needs to be changed in order for teamwork to be effective
Balance’23 – Daina Sidaravičienė. He plans work to achieve the set result and inspires colleagues with his good example. An example of harmonious work in a team, since all activities are planned and carried out on time. Everywhere in the pursuit of harmony is able to reconcile work with personal life and maintain balance.
Respect’23 – Kristina Vaitiškė. The ambassador of the company, respecting colleagues, the team, his work environment, assessing the company’s activities and its philosophy. Changes the unsatisfactory work environment by taking the initiative, implementing specific works, improving processes, relationships and communication, and not expressing criticism or resentment at the current situation.
Voice of the Nation’23 – Kazimieras Kavaliauskas. The most visible is a team member with his deeds, positive personal qualities. His works speak for themselves, and the character pleases with bright colors, which each time invites you to work together with maximum dedication to the task and teamwork.
