We are currently looking for a Surgical Project Manager who will join our professional team and work on robotic surgery projects and integrated operating room solutions in the Baltics.

Type of work:
- Development and coordination of robotic surgery projects in the Baltic region
- Work with public and private medical institutions, heads of operating departments and surgeons
- Preparation of commercial offers, product presentations, negotiations with customers
- Search for new business opportunities and strategic sales development
- Cooperation with international manufacturers and suppliers
- Supervision of project implementation, coordination with technical and clinical specialists
- Participation in medical events, exhibitions, conferences and trainings
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of surgery profile sales or project management.
- Experience in working with innovative medical solutions and surgical equipment is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication skills and the ability to work with high-level clients
- Good organisational skills, autonomy and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- The ability to communicate and negotiate at various levels of medical institutions is required: nursing staff, doctors, heads of departments and representatives of the administration.
- Experience of successfully implemented surgical projects is necessary
- Excellent English (oral and written) is a must
- Driver’s license.

Reward:
From 4130-4960 Eur/month. before taxes.
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies and results achieved. More detailed remuneration conditions will be discussed during individual negotiations with the selected candidate.
