- Develop and develop marketing strategies for implemented projects;
- Cooperate with external partners of the Baltic States (media, agencies, service providers);
- To analyze the markets in which activities are carried out, to see and adapt trends, to study the competitive environment;
- Plan and manage marketing projects and their budget, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions of the implemented projects;
- Create engaging content for target audiences by reaching them through the most effective communication channels;
- To get to know colleagues who have accumulated extensive experience in the health care sector in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, to gain knowledge, to consult, to create joint projects with health care professionals;
- Integrate your knowledge and skills into the company’s projects and contribute to the creation and development of innovative solutions;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of market research and initiatives;
- To contribute to the formation of the image of responsible, innovative and meaningful business.
We hope that:
- You have a university degree in communication, marketing or public relations;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or communication work;
- You know the specifics of marketing and communication projects and can boast of several successful implemented projects;
- You have experience working in the baltic markets;
- You communicate perfectly in Lithuanian and English;
- You are part of the team, you know how to work with people of different professions.

Salary
1500 – 1900 €/month in hand (after tax)
The exact salary is negotiated with the candidate depending on his experience and competencies.
