About the position:
We are looking for a responsible and diligent Technical Product Specialist who would be responsible for the entire course of the public procurement project – from the search for a tender announcement to the preparation and signing of the contract. From the first days, we will consistently introduce you to the projects being developed, introduce you to the specifics of the work, provide you with all the information about the technical characteristics of the product during the entire adaptation (and later).
Main responsibilities:
- Search for public tenders (CVP on the IS platform) and initiation of decisions on participation.
- Analysis of tender documents and evaluation of requirements.
- Preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Cooperation with manufacturers regarding the receipt of compliance documents.
- Ensuring the deadlines and requirements for the submission of tenders.
- Communication with contracting authorities regarding the course of the tender and clarification of issues.
- Coordination and coordination of the terms of the agreement until its signing.
- Preparation and coordination of commercial offers.
- Communication with manufacturers regarding discrepancies in the quality of goods.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education.
- Experience in public procurement administration.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking, diligence, attention to detail.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (written and oral).
- Experience working with CVP IS system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English
