“Ambercell Solutions” became part of the “Asker Healthcare Group” after the company was acquired by “OneMed.” This partnership strengthens “Ambercell Solutions” as a provider of integrated medical technologies and clinical supply chain solutions in the Baltic countries and opens up more opportunities for investment, innovation, and development.
“Asker Healthcare Group” unites more than 50 companies in 19 countries, employs over 5,000 people, and has a group revenue of about 1.6 billion euros. The group’s network combines local market expertise, shared expertise, and financial resources.
Development of value-based healthcare
“Ambercell Solutions” combines medical tools and technologies with processes and services that help create value throughout the patient’s treatment journey.
We develop solutions in two main directions:
- Integrated solutions according to therapeutic areas. We combine medical devices, technologies, and assistive services into procedurally tailored solutions, including pay-as-you-go models.
- Automation of clinical supply chains. “Amberlink” and pharmaceutical management solutions help monitor inventories, ensure traceability, and manage the supply of supplies and medicines up to their point of use.
With the help of “Asker,” we will strengthen these solutions in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and aim for expansion into the broader European market. Greater investment opportunities and the group’s experience will help increase operational efficiency, develop digitalization, and respond more promptly to client needs.
