Every year, the Ambercell community meets at the traditional annual event “Grand Meeting”, during which the results of the past fiscal year are reviewed, plans for the future, strategy are presented.
This year, representatives of Terumo Medical CorporationAslan Moldanyazovs, Nikolay Ivanov visited the guests and shared their insights.
AmberCell Solutions’ community building direction this year is dedicated to the development of teamwork leadership. After discussing the results and plans, the whole team traditionally participated in training.
TrainingLab instructors, who organized the activities aimed at team building, devoted the training session to improving teamwork in an unusual environment. All participants in the session during the “Training in the Dark” were deprived of the opportunity to see for three hours in order to activate listening skills and cooperative abilities. When one feeling is taken away from a person, others are activated.
The educational session in the dark was a great opportunity for both discoveries and entertainment. Team members tested finger vision, activated hearing through exercises, increased confidence in their colleague during the conversational task, helping to reveal 6 basic human needs and prepared snacks for each other in the dark.
