Continuing the tradition of meeting quarterly to discuss the results, the team gathered at the traditional Octoberfest’24 event in Biržai. After the presentation of the quarterly results, several educational programs were organized after sharing insights.
Continuing the training cycle aimed at team building through leadership, together with actor and lecturer Andrius Žebrauskas, we organized trainings that develop communicative abilities and emotional intelligence and reduce tension in the team. Combining improvisation, movement and storytelling during the training, the participants had the opportunity to look at themselves and others from a different angle. Special attention was paid to practice, the material was absorbed with the help of purposeful improvisations, playfully and with humor.
Sightseeing tours in authentic XXa. during the beginning of the homestead, the team learned to bake rye bread, got acquainted with the customs of the region, ethnographic heritage, visited the centuries-old mill.
