SummerFest is a traditional summer event of the AmberCell Solutions community, which brings the team together with active, directional and sports activities.
The whole day was full of classes dedicated to the formation of team dynamics, which bring together our entire team not only to compete, but also to have fun and have fun at the same time.
Celebrating is not only about having a good time together, but also learning to listen, act and achieve goals in a team where every member is important.
During the day, while strengthening her relationships with each other, she participated in a session organized by the @Shibui team to strengthen deep ties and increase team productivity through the principles of team dynamics and experiential tasks
After dividing into different groups, uniting colleagues from different countries, forms of commonality and the mechanisms of team dynamics in the team were discussed. In practice, an experiential task with climbing equipment and a helicopter helped to consolidate knowledge.
Another theme about team focus and needs in the context of constant change is made sense in an experiential task with a context of complexity and belonging to each other.
Negotiations on authority in multidisciplinary teams and compliance with agreements, a complex decision-making process dictated another task that teams had to perform with limited resources.
An active, tense day session ended with reflection and a discussion of the possibilities of applying the experienced practices.
