After the presentation of the quarterly results, several educational programs were organized after sharing insights. <\/p>\n\n<p>Continuing the training cycle aimed at team building through leadership, together with actor and lecturer Andrius \u017debrauskas, we organized trainings that develop communicative abilities and emotional intelligence and reduce tension in the team. Combining improvisation, movement and storytelling during the training, the participants had the opportunity to look at themselves and others from a different angle.
