{"id":7713,"date":"2024-05-10T10:28:23","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T10:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambercell.eu\/?p=7713"},"modified":"2024-06-27T14:34:50","modified_gmt":"2024-06-27T14:34:50","slug":"new-partnership-with-omnicell-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambercell.eu\/en\/uncategorized\/new-partnership-with-omnicell-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Unusual training at the annual AmberCell event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Every year, the Ambercell community meets at the traditional annual event &#8220;Grand Meeting&#8221;, during which the results of the past fiscal year are reviewed, plans for the future, strategy are presented.<\/p>\n\n<p>This year, representatives of Terumo Medical CorporationAslan Moldanyazovs, Nikolay Ivanov visited the guests and shared their insights.<\/p>\n\n<p>AmberCell Solutions&#8217; community building direction this year is dedicated to the development of teamwork leadership. After discussing the results and plans, the whole team traditionally participated in training.  <\/p>\n\n<p>TrainingLab instructors, who organized the activities aimed at team building, devoted the training session to improving teamwork in an unusual environment. All participants in the session during the &#8220;Training in the Dark&#8221; were deprived of the opportunity to see for three hours in order to activate listening skills and cooperative abilities. When one feeling is taken away from a person, others are activated.<\/p>\n\n<p>The educational session in the dark was a great opportunity for both discoveries and entertainment.
