Together with Terumo Europe on the 5-6 of June we have organised Training for CathLab Nurses in Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Clinics. Implementing Terumo Learning Edge Program, we invited Healthcare specialists from Czech Republic for two days learning session with a collaborative approach.
This educational program offered various actual themes for CathLab Nurses such a Pre and Post Procedural Care, Radial Safety and Protection in CathLab, Coronary interventions and Materials, Complications and Emergencies, CathLab Presence and Live cases observation, Best Practice Sharing. The session combined presentation, discussion, and live cases to provide better skills to achieve patients’ hemostasis using innovative devices.
Participants of this program had possibility to learn from and contribute to a training session for CathLab Nurses the approaches and techniques to treat complex patients together with an experience of Head of Departament of Interventional Cardiology Professor Ramunas Unikas, Interventional Cardiologist dr. Rasa Ordienė, Head Nurse Neringa Packeviciene, CathLab team Eduard Tsybulskyi, Brigita Augūnė, Radiation Safety Specialist Egidijus Lysenko.
